CRM Applications Training Course

I have been learning CRM for the last four weeks with three other interns. The Applications Training was the first training course we did on CRM. After doing this course we were able to use many of the great features in CRM, like creating new Sales Accounts, Leads and Contacts, and managing all the simplest of tasks that come with CRM that before would have seemed impossible. The Applications Training Course doesn’t just tell you how to do something, it also shows you, and walks you through how you would do something to give you real life experience

Creating a new Account record

  1. In the Navigation Pane, click Sales and then click Accounts.
  2. On the Action toolbar, click New.
  3. Enter the Account information.
  4. Click Save and Close, to save the record, and close the form.
  5. Confirm that the Account was created.
